Executive coaching
You may be doing well and still have questions about what comes next. Perhaps you want to grow in one area, work through a concern or better understand a decision ahead.
Through focused questions and active listening, Bob helps executives explore their own priorities and identify next steps. Your reflection and growth guide the conversation.
Coaching is different from mentoring, consulting or counseling. Bob’s approach gives you space to consider your questions and take ownership of your decisions.
Sessions last one hour and focus on how you want to use that time. Bob typically contracts for six sessions, held every two weeks over 12 weeks.
Each session aims to help you identify practical actions toward a larger goal.
Experience behind the conversation
Bob trained with CoachNet and Creative Results Management. His background includes more than thirty years of helping, leading and teaching church leaders and members of the aviation industry, alongside his work in business and public service.
Bob earned his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential in 2020.
